: (1) For festivals celebrated according to their religion, culture and tradition, every worker will receive an amount equal to one month's basic salary as a festival expense every year.
(2) Festival expenses according to sub-section (1) Workers can make a written request to the employer to receive payment once in a financial year on the occasion of the main festival celebrated according to their religion, culture and tradition. In the event that such a request is not made, the festival expenses must be paid on the second day of every year.
(3) Workers who have not completed one year of service by the date of payment of festival expenses shall receive festival expenses in proportion to their service period.
